End user licence agreement

Last updated 4 August 2026

This agreement governs your licence to install and use the Globigo application itself. It sits alongside the Terms, which govern the service you use through it.

1. Acknowledgement

This agreement is between you and Verselix only — it is not with Apple, and not with Google. Verselix alone is responsible for Globigo and its content. Apple and Google are not parties to this agreement, and neither has any responsibility for the app.

2. Scope of licence

You are granted a non-transferable licence to use Globigo on any device that you own or control, as permitted by the usage rules of the store you obtained it from. The licence is personal to you. You may not:

  • Distribute, sell, rent, lease or sub-licence the app.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
  • Use it to build a competing product, or to scrape or bulk-extract data from the service.
  • Remove or obscure any copyright or ownership notice.

The app is licensed to you, not sold. We keep all rights not expressly granted here.

3. Maintenance and support

Verselix is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for Globigo. Apple and Google have no obligation whatsoever to furnish maintenance or support. Reach us at [email protected].

4. Warranty

Verselix is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed.

If Globigo fails to conform to any applicable warranty and you obtained it from the App Store, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the app to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation of any kind with respect to Globigo.

5. Product claims

Verselix, not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to Globigo or your possession and use of it, including:

  • Product liability claims.
  • Any claim that the app fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement.
  • Claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation, including in connection with the app's use of health or location data.

6. Intellectual property

If a third party claims that Globigo, or your possession and use of it, infringes their intellectual property rights, Verselix — not Apple or Google — is solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.

7. Legal compliance

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are not located in a country subject to a government embargo, or that has been designated as a terrorist-supporting country.
  • You are not listed on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

8. Who we are

Globigo is provided by Verselix. Questions, complaints or claims about the app should go to [email protected], and we will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Third-party terms

You must comply with any applicable third-party terms when using Globigo — for example the terms of your mobile data plan, and the terms of the Apple or Google account you sign in with. Globigo shows information from third parties such as maps, place details and flight statuses; those providers’ terms apply to that information.

10. Third-party beneficiary

Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement. On your acceptance of it, Apple has the right — and is deemed to have accepted the right — to enforce this agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary of it.

Ending the licence

The licence lasts until terminated by you or by us. It ends automatically if you break its terms. On termination you must stop using Globigo and delete it from your devices. Deleting the app does not delete your account — see deleting your account for that.

Related documents

This licence covers the software. Your use of the Globigo service is governed by the Terms and conditions, what we do with your data by the Privacy policy, and subscriptions by the Refund policy. Where this licence and the Terms conflict on a question about the software itself, this licence governs.
